Loved and Lost?

I’ve heard the saying ‘It’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all’ over and over again. But I wonder, is it worth it to love(or like A LOT) and hurt and hurt and hurt to no end? I think I’m finding out the answer the hard way. ‘Til next time. Peace, T.
