IDP camps to gain ability to recieve phone calls

Update - Our new Ubuntu server and backup have arrived in Kampala. What this means, among other technical developments, is that the residents of our client IDP camps will now be able to receive direct phone calls, at extra low cost, from anywhere in the world, and free from Indiana.Thanks to Jeff Wishnie at Inveneo, and good luck Philipp in the installation!
