Un nouveau projet pour le Moustique, en remplacement de ce dernier qui décidement ne débouche pas (problème d'échantillon impossible à corriger de façon satisfaisante...). En coton recyclé qui donne un bel aspect rustique.

My first contact ever with Uganda probably was through coffee. Freshly grounded, fragrant(real !) coffee. My pleasure back in Canada, was indeed to seek and taste those varieties from far away places.... The Uganda Bugisu coffee that I was buying from a small roasting shop in Québec City thus became a favourite. Little did I know at that time that I would actually be living in the homeland of Bugisu a few years later ! My first little gem had therefore to be THE ideal warm and comfortable coffee place in Uganda: SOURCE OF THE NILE CAFE, on Jinja's Main Street

Uganda is called the Pearl of Africa, presumably owing this nickname to Winston Churchill.That description is far from being presomptuous. This country has so much to offer to whoever is willing to take the time and discover the hidden little places that make all of its charm.I must say however that I am not talking of the major National Parks, as popular as they may be. Rather, I am referring to those places who hold this special little magic touch that reaches one's soul, and make one want to pause and contemplate. To those people that can be welcoming, open and willing to share.We have now been in Uganda for more than two years, and I have decided to share the many little gems we have come across during this period, travelling from East to West, South to Centre (North is yet to come). Hopefully you will have one day the occasion to come here and discover them yourself !These stories will be classified under the ''Little gems of the Pearl'' tag.

Petite tunique toute simple pour mettre en valeur l'imprimé très joli de ce coupon Nani Iro. Coutures anglaises et ourlets roulottés finis à la main. Coton ''double gauze'', tout doux et confortable. Retour très attendu dans l'hémisphère nord pour trois semaines. Petits trésors, dénichés sur la rue Queen Ouest à Toronto (ce bout de rue est un petit paradis: tissus, laines, rubans Mokuba...) : -un mélange coton biologique et alpaga chez Americo (si vous en avez l'opportunité, je recommande grandement cette boutique pour l'extrême qualité des fibres naturelles et l'accueil très chaleureux qui vous sera réservé par la propriétaire) -des coupons de Liberty (Tana Lawn) à 9$ le mètre Comme on dit ici: la madame était contente !
