I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.The first story is about connecting the dots.I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. it's funny how people are complaining about the financial crisis in Uganda and yet most of us spare some money to drink over priced coffee and very dry cake. I am not here by choice it's just that i am waiting for my mechanic to bring my DMC which he has been working on since morning. So tired of this car i am about to launch meetings for buying a new one. I would rather be home watching the fights between my kids but what to do! Anyway back to this coffee place, on a normal day (not so busy) you will find that the only seat available is that next to nusty oh i see you don't know that guy niether do i just thought i would use that! It's not bad sharing with nusty a table problem is he will ask if he can taste your americano, your cake etc disgusting. The groups of people here are rather snobby.

I was having a Chat with Pote on Saturday at a wedding (Which is part of the post) and he mentioned he will be posting everyday. I didn't make such a statement because i know i am very lazy at writing and that is probably why my project has only a title 3 months after being sent to write a proposal. I love cooking!!!!!!!!!!!! For most people who know me or have been to my place, have seen different recipes hanging on the walls of my kitchen. And here below is a recipe that i would like to share with you. CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY AND THYME INGREDIENTS- Whole Chicken cut into pieces (Preferably Non muganda/munyankole/acholi Chicken)- Thyme - Rosemary- 4 tablespoons of vegetable cooking oil (For a healthier meal please use Olive oil and for a more fatty meal butter can do)- 1 Clove of garlic- 1 Onion- 2 Tablespoons of Tomato paste- 1 Tin of Slice Tomatoes (these should be peeled. If you don't want to spend on the tin of tomatoes, you can grate 4 ripe ones)- Salt and Pepper to your taste.Directions on how to cook
