Funny thing about following orders. All you have to do is do as you are told.Do it mindlessly and it completely absolves you of any responsibility...unless you have a conscious. It has been said that to blindly follow orders is what turns people into monsters or ordinary people into heroes. It all depends on exactly what the order is. That's the catch We are responsible for who we pick to lead or who we chose to follow.Whether we give orders or take them,we all contribute to the outcome. This is what makes all of us responsible. We must never forget that no matter who is giving the orders or who is taking them, sooner or later we have to answer to a higher power.

I was baptized flora- I really dug 227 then I have more than 4 surnames, and I don’t like the sound of any of them, so no I will not use them- and if you ask I have 2 names; bite me! Complicated relationships are my forte- even a good one gets sabotaged by yours truly ? I am a closet nerd- I came out to a larger closet I like standing out, I need to stand out- how else can I rant and be the diva I am at times I am big softie- as soft as granite can get ?

News trickled in slowly, a hushed unsure whisper, a jarring ringing phone call and the newspaper headlines looked surreal, pictures horrifying- as we all thought of the fun filled memories not too long back at the feisty Kyadondo rugby field; shaking our heads unbelievingly, the horror of it all sunk in slowly- they were here then they weren’t. There's a grief that can't be spoken. There's a pain goes on and on.Empty chairs at empty tablesNow my friends are dead and gone. Here they talked of revolution. Here it was they lit the flame. Here they sang about `tomorrow'And tomorrow never came.Oh my friends, my friends forgive me That I live and you are gone. There's a grief that can't be spoken. There's a pain goes on and on. Phantom faces at the window.Phantom shadows on the floor.Empty chairs at empty tablesWhere my friends will meet no more.

I dont think Lissing’s here anymore; in fact I am sure she left about 2 years ago!How did I not see it? I will miss her; she was deep, funny and plain weird… she preferred eclectic or quirky- yes, it helped her sleep at night! I guess I will say lissing’s goodbyes for her, I bet she does miss you all terribly... you may occasionally catch glimpses of her at decadentthirties.wordpress.com

I am walking home from wherever, and he stops in his shorts, and I think to myself you have an uncanny resemblance to M, is it the forehead, or the nose that should have it’s own head coming at you (see deer in headlights). He inquires on whether I would like to get my friends together as he does a whole exercise regime… I think good idea, but that is part of the reason I like my hoodies, trackies, vests and sandals- still is a good idea… dressing up the thought of working out, right? So you have been seeing me around, huh? and I drift off grinning inwardly thinking to myself I still got it!’ Then I realise he probably has the same thoughts that wear you out when you see someone extremely overweight and obese. They shuffle, or waddle along, huffing and sweating up a storm, and making a show out of every movement made…. Even the smiles disappears the eyes (see moon face)

I am chilling watching E!tv, reading (ish) a self- help book on what women need to know about men (more baloney?...) a typical day for superficial ol’ me… gauging on the absolute uselessness that we ladies love to devour. This is my official ‘i-am-recharging- for- the- week’ moment
