Yeshua,Your might amazes me. One day is like a seesaw balancing on the edge of dread and the next day lifts me up to heights unknown. I love that You are able to make me see these things. Take heart and the courage you seek shall be revealed. I read something that made my day today. As I opened an email in one of my ancient accounts, I read, "If you're offended, there is only one answer: get over it." That little statement in itself might offend but I found great healing in reading it. There is absolutely no use in wallowing over something that's already happened, or going back to the point where such and such could have changed if only you'd done a, b, c, d. I am over IT… and so much more. Thank You for always looking out for me and for reminding me that I am worth so much in Your kingdom.

Yeshua,I just want to thank You for lifting me up when everything within me told me it's the end. For nurturing me when my body rejected the food You gave to keep me up, for the grace You've shown over the years and for the persistence and assurance that my soul is indeed Yours and no one else's. I love You and I always will. Thank You.*******Questions

  • When did the LRA (Lord's Resistance Army) become the LRA/M? It's crazy enough that they all strongly believe that they are freedom fighters when they are going around maiming and killing their own people, now they think it's okay to go ahead and remix their name? I've had the pleasure of knowing the most beautiful, strongest, most virtuous women in the world. I believe this is the point where anyone reading this is thinking, 'who told her that's true?'. You see, for me, the people that I know are incomparable to any others around the world. I have always believed that people are inherently good, that their lives and how they're led are an indication of the purity of their souls. The love that springs forth from each one of these women I am about to talk about poured out from a never drying fountain of all things good. I once knew these women and they left a marked print on my own heart.

Yeshua,This article made me sad. I really do hope that five year old has family that will take care of her and nurture her into a healthy and sane growth. I am confident that her name alone was a gift from you Yeshua and that she will be as much a gift to the lives she walks into. Bless her Father. This poem made me feel better. It is always good to know that there are men out there that value and respect women like they should, like You made them to.Yours StillBless!

I won't go into the details of it all but it just hit me that there are several things I ought to be seeking Your help on. Number one on the list is patience, followed by humility, and then the others flood in an unsorted fashion. Here's what I've got so far...

With every piece I find, I ask myself whether I am in the right field of study.I got a B+ on my senior seminar midterm. That was a super shocker because I left the room feeling really bad about it for some reason. I am thankful for that.Dalia's dad had a heart attack on Monday and was in critical condition the last time we got any news... heal him Father! The story below is typical of many individuals where the individual takes his or her frustrations to a bar and when they cannot be assauged, brings them home. I often think that they're crazy because a bad situation is never solved by drugs and/or alcohol. I have a family memeber with this predicament. Until one accepts there is a problem, it can never be solved.

Crazy HeadHe strutted into a bar liked he owned it. It was the sort of joint that was typical of areas of Kampala that never went to sleep, loud, rude and always spoiling for some drama. With a cocky grin he leered at curvaceous young woman who ignored him. He scowled at her, his sense of self offended. Just then, a whole posse of his friends acknowledged him noisily. His face lit up, his ego once again reinstated. The other patrons sighed in distress; it looked like it was going to be another crazy night.Diggy Man was the local bad boy who prided himself in his lyrical flow and his sense of invincibility. With a cocky swagger, he joined his friends and proceeded to make a nuisance of himself. Although his friends minded a great deal, they let his bad behaviour ride; he was buying the drinks after all.

Chapter FourThey were late, everyone had been chased out of the dormitories and roll call had already been made, but nobody bothered with them as they made their entrance. The music was pumping out in vibrating rhythms and students were seriously working the dance floor singing “Fire!” along with The East African Bashment Crew. The Dudes moved to one side of the main hall to where the boys stood. Several boys were already discussing which girl they were going to slow dance while others looked miserable as they were at the dance only because they had to be.Laura Kempuga and Juliana Kagimba dragged The Dudes to the dance floor. Connie Mafabi, Imelda Ariko and Suzanne Aseya joined them. César grinned at Kaye who pretended not to notice. The music changed from hip-hop to Lingala and César moved to Kaye and urged him not to waste time, it was time he made a move on Suzanne because he knew that another boy was planning to do likewise.

The 3rd node & home town now bathed in wifi!! posted on March 14, 2007 - 12:07am
This node has been amazing! Its something i never really had on my mind at all on doing. The next step was to setup an omni antenna and have whoever wants to access internet via a wireless network card drop in for the signal now and then. Just as I had just finished doing this, a friend and manager of the local electricity supply company, pops up at our office ready to sign up for Internet at his office, 2km away by road. This would not be a problem at all, but his office is in a valley, total out of line of sight. But upon survey of his site, we realized he got quite a number of tall trees that could hold our antenna as we run down the cables to his office. But still, I was skeptical that we could get a good line of sight considering so many other tall trees around and infront of his office.

Yagayo!! Praise be to the Lord. Brothers and Sisters, as I speak it is 10th March 2007 and we are going to Bishop Cipriano Kihangire SSS to minister good manners and ultimately the word of God! I wanted to talk about the Holy Spirit. It was disappointing for me when on Tuesday after supposedly sharing about the Holy Spirit, we acted as though we were not filled with Him and paid more attention to the flesh. This is my concern, when we are sharing, do we wait for the one sharing to end or do we listen with the intention of putting these things in application? Brothers and Sisters, we are Christian, we are led by the Holy Ghost. The Word of God says in Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Righteousness, peace and joy. So why were we acting like we have none of those?
I have had quite a good number of good blog followers in and around africa, according to my blog stats. Chapter ThreeMorgan Mushega was in the prefects’ common room when Aida Namatovu walked in. They exchanged greetings as Aida poured herself a cup of tea. She sat wearily in a chair. “You look like you’ve had a long day,” Morgan observed. Aida settled further in her seat and sighed after a sip of her tea, “That’s an understatement! Maureen Mukasa alone is enough to give anybody a nervous breakdown.” Morgan threw his head back, let out a roar of laughter and agreed, “Yes, I know what you mean. Between her, Anthony Baiga and the Senior 4s, it’s amazing the school’s still standing!”Aida arranged her skirt primly around her legs with one hand as she took a sip from her cup. Looking at Morgan, she said, “To tell you the truth, I’m not looking forward to tonight. Saturdays are usually the craziest days and policing those kids is a nightmare.”“Too true, but what I do is pretend that I’m not bothered by what they’re doing and pounce when they least expect it.”

Chapter TwoOuagadougou was in chaos. The party fever was building up. Everyone was shouting in a call and response manner. “Ouaga, Ouaga – Ouagie baby! Ouaga, Ouaga – Ouagie baby! We gonna Ouaga – Watch out baby! ‘CAUSE WE GONNA WAG IT RIGHT AT YOU!” Kaye, Alex, Theo and César joined in the cheer after which they all laughed raucously as they headed for their cubicle.Ouagadougou was one large hall that was partitioned into cubicles, which accommodated two double-decked beds and two wardrobes. There were two doors on either end of the dorm. They opened to two courtyards that led to the senior six rooms. The prefects were on the prowl. They knew that the late afternoon before a dance was the time students sneaked in alcohol. Two prefects sauntered into The Dude’s cubicle and struck up a conversation as they casually inspected the place, asking questions about miscellaneous items as if they held any interest for them.
